Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India. Tracking information is shared when it becomes available. Delivery estimates can be affected by the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather or other events outside our reasonable control. If an order is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will assist with the courier.

Fit and sizing

Most non-3D VTN sets use VTN Universal Fit and include 24 mixed-size nails, so there is no XS, S, M or L selection before checkout. Complex 3D designs use VTN Sized Atelier and are available in XS, S, M and L. Check the product page and our Fit & Size Guide before ordering a Sized Atelier set.

Order details and address

Please verify the product, fit format, delivery address and contact information before placing your order. If you are ordering a VTN Sized Atelier 3D set, also verify the selected size. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or dispatch.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If Velvet Touch Nails cannot fulfil an order or cancels it, the amount paid for the affected item or order will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Returns and replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. For VTN Sized Atelier products, a size selected incorrectly by the customer is also not eligible for return or exchange. Universal Fit products do not require a preset XS, S, M or L selection.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process and issue.

Do not apply, use, alter or discard the affected item while your request is being reviewed. Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item and size where applicable, subject to availability. If that replacement is unavailable, you may choose an available item of equal value or receive a refund to the original payment method. If we require the verified item to be returned, Velvet Touch Nails will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved because a replacement cannot be supplied, we will initiate it to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
