What are VTN press-on nails?

VTN offers press-on nail sets across Minimal & Nude, French Edit, Chrome & Glazed, Floral Romance and 3D Charms, with Almond, Coffin, Square, Oval and Stiletto shapes.

How does VTN sizing work?

VTN uses two fit formats. Most non-3D sets use VTN Universal Fit and include 24 mixed-size nails, so you do not choose XS, S, M or L before ordering. Complex 3D designs use VTN Sized Atelier and are available in XS, S, M and L. The product page shows which format applies to each set.

Do I need to measure my nails before ordering?

Not for VTN Universal Fit. Match each finger from the 24 included nails after opening the box. For VTN Sized Atelier 3D sets, measure your nails before ordering and use our Fit & Size Guide to choose XS, S, M or L.

What if a Universal Fit nail is slightly wider?

Gently refine the side edge with the included file before application. Make small adjustments and check the fit between the sidewalls as you go.

What if I am between two Sized Atelier sizes?

Choose the larger size and gently file the side edges where needed for a closer fit.

What comes in the VTN application kit?

Each set includes nail glue, adhesive tabs, a nail file, cuticle stick, alcohol/prep wipe, buffer and removal tool.

How do I apply VTN press-on nails?

Start with clean, completely dry nails, gently push back your cuticles and confirm the fit of each press-on. Apply your chosen adhesive according to its instructions, align the nail near the cuticle and press firmly. See our How to Apply & Remove guide.

How do I remove press-on nails safely?

Do not pull or force them off. Follow the removal instructions for the adhesive you used and work gently once the bond begins to release.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Reuse depends on the condition of the press-ons, the adhesive used and how gently they are removed. Keep removed sets clean and store them carefully if you plan to wear them again.

Are small colour, finish or design differences normal?

Yes. Colours can appear slightly different because of lighting and screen settings, and small handmade or manufacturing variations can occur. These minor differences are not normally considered defects.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days. Courier delays, public holidays, weather and destination can affect the final delivery date.

Will I receive tracking details?

Tracking information is shared when it becomes available after dispatch. Depending on the shipment, updates may arrive by email, SMS, WhatsApp or directly from the courier.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. Any COD fee or restriction will be shown before you confirm the order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please check your products, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout.

Can I return or exchange a set because I changed my mind?

No. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. For VTN Sized Atelier products, a size selected incorrectly by the customer is also not eligible for return or exchange. Universal Fit products do not require a preset XS, S, M or L selection.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect?

Contact VTN within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process and issue. Do not apply, alter or discard the affected item while the claim is being reviewed.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started, so please check your name, address, PIN code and phone number carefully at checkout.
